What a week! After a holiday season of cheer and travel I decided to jump back in to some rigorous performing by taking a week long workshop with the clown supreme professor of silly himself, Christopher Bayes.

We spent the week opening up to wonder and chaos. I’ve taken classes with teachers who come from the Bayes school of thought but never with the man himself.

It was a joy and a challenge I’m so grateful to have had this chance to practice living in my happy body alongside a bunch of weirdos. If you don’t know Chris’ work check out his work at the Funny School of Good Acting
